The Custom Process
THE VISION
Our journey begins with a thoughtful consultation where we explore your vision, inspirations, and any meaningful details you’d like to incorporate. From the type of jewelry to your preferred materials, gemstones, and budget, every element is considered.
DESIGN
Following our consultation, I work closely with my CAD designer to bring your vision to life through detailed 3D renderings. These digital depictions allow you to preview your custom piece and make any refinements before moving forward. Together, we will create a design that brings out your style and essence.
THE FINAL PRODUCT
Once the design is approved, your bespoke piece moves into production. My jeweler and I bring it to life using a blend of traditional techniques and modern technology. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, which typically takes 4–8 weeks from start to finish.
WRAPPED
Once your custom piece is complete, it’s carefully packaged in our signature box—designed to reflect the beauty inside. Clients also have the option to receive a complimentary insurance quote through Jewelers Mutual for added peace of mind.

Each custom piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in Houston, Texas. I work closely with local artisans to ensure every detail reflects the care and quality your piece deserves.
Absolutely. If you’d like to incorporate your own stones into a custom piece, I’ll provide a pre-paid, insured shipping label to safely send them to my office. Upon arrival, your stones are signed in at the front desk and securely stored. Once in hand, I’ll carefully measure and evaluate each gem to ensure accuracy—then we’ll begin the design process together.
Yes, a 20% design deposit is required to begin your custom project. This secures your spot in the design queue and allows us to move forward with renderings and material sourcing. The deposit is applied toward your final balance.
