I use UPS for most orders to ensure safe and reliable delivery. For pieces under $200, USPS may be used. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your piece is on its way. If you need further assistance with a lost or stolen order, please email me at katie@katieclark.co

Yes, all shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind. In some cases, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please keep an eye on your tracking number to ensure safe and timely receipt of your package.

Returns/Exchanges & Repairs

Because each piece is made to order, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If you'd like to cancel your order before it ships, please email me with your order number as soon as possible—I’ll do my best to halt production. For non-custom pieces, returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. Just reach out via email, and we’ll find the best solution together.

If your ring doesn’t fit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery for a complimentary resizing. After that window, resizing will incur a repair fee based on the adjustment needed. I'm always happy to help ensure your ring fits just right.

In the rare event that your piece loses a diamond or gemstone, please contact me right away—I’ll coordinate return shipping to have it inspected and repaired. All custom pieces are covered under warranty, and I’m happy to offer complimentary stone replacement for minor repairs when possible.

Yes, all pieces are covered by a one-year warranty for minor repairs and adjustments. I proudly stand behind my work—if a repair is needed due to a manufacturing issue beyond the warranty period, I’ll always do my best to assist and make it right.

Custom Pieces

Absolutely. If you’d like to incorporate your own stones into a custom piece, I’ll provide a pre-paid, insured shipping label to safely send them to my office. Upon arrival, your stones are signed in at the front desk and securely stored. Once in hand, I’ll carefully measure and evaluate each gem to ensure accuracy—then we’ll begin the design process together. Please email katie@katieclark.co for any further questions.
