Online Orders

Almost all pieces of jewelry are made to order, meaning that the piece is created for you after the order is placed. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your jewelry to ship, although some pieces, like the signature gold huggie earrings, will ship within 3-4 business days! If you have a special request to have your piece of jewelry sooner, please do not hesitate to reach out to me via email at katie@katieclark.co or support@katieclark.co 

If your order becomes lost in transit please notify me immediately via email, and I will begin the process of filing a claim with the correct carrier. In most cases, replacement jewelry will be issued within 4 weeks, or when I receive a reimbursement from the carrier. If you need further assistance with a lost or stolen order, please email me at katie@katieclark.co

Yes, all items shipped are insured. In some cases your package could require a signature, please keep your tracking number close by to monitor your delivery to avoid lost/stolen packages!

Returns/Exchanges & Repairs

Each return/exchange is handled on a case by case basis. If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped please contact me via email with your order number ASAP so that I can stop production of your piece. If your piece has already been completed, you will not be able to cancel the order. In the event that you receive your order and then decide you would like to return or exchange, please contact me via email and we can make arrangements to replace your item accordingly.

I will send you a return label via email for any return or exchange that has been pre-approved by myself. Each return label will be insured, and prepaid for your convenience.

All ring resizings will be done at no charge to you, please reach out via email with your order number and I will get you a prepaid shipping label to return the piece back to me ASAP. 

In the unfortunate event that you lose a stone, please reach out to me via email as soon as you notice the gemstone is missing. In most cases I will replace the diamond or gemstone at no cost to you! 

I offer a lifetime warranty on all of my pieces, and will always stand behind my work. Having said that, fine jewelry is delicate and requires specific care and maintenance. Please see my care and maintenance guide in The Jewelry Box for more information on how to take care of your piece of jewelry.

Materials

Each piece of Katie Clark jewelry will be handmade in either 14 or 18 karat gold. All jewelry is made in the United States using natural diamonds and gemstones that are ethically sourced and comply with the Kimberley Process. For more information please visit https://www.kimberleyprocess.com/

All of the jewelry on my website uses only natural diamonds and gemstones. Upon special request through my custom page, I can source lab grown diamonds or gemstones on a case by case basis. Primarily all Katie Clark pieces will feature only natural materials, as that is my personal preference.

I have personally selected reputable and trusted suppliers to work with who have a proven track record in the industry. I have established relationships with my suppliers after working in the fine jewelry industry since 2015. I prioritize my clients' satisfaction, and will always stand behind the quality and authenticity of all of my pieces. Shall any concerns arise, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Custom Pieces

In the age of technology, everything is possible through the internet! With the help from CAD designs, and the quality of iPhone photo/video- the custom jewelry process is made easy through the internet. The first step of the custom design process will be an initial video consultation. During this consultation we will chat via Zoom face to face to discuss your potential custom design. After the consultation, we can move into the design phase which will include a custom CAD image for you to view for your approval. In some cases, we will jump back on a call to go over the CAD and further discuss details of your custom creation. After the CAD is approved, we move into the production phase, which can take up to 4 weeks depending on the nature of your piece. During this time, I will remain in contact with you and am available via email to answer any questions!

After our initial consultation, you can expect to receive a CAD design within 2 weeks. After the CAD is approved, we move into the final production stage which can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks, depending on the nature of the design. If additional time is needed to source a specific diamond/gemstone, this could lengthen the turnaround time up to 6 weeks.

Yes, all custom pieces are final sale.

Yes! If you have diamonds or gemstones that you wish to re-set or create a custom piece of jewelry with, please reach out through the custom inquiry page and fill out the form. I would love the opportunity to create a custom piece for you out of the diamonds or gemstones you already have.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer melting of clients gold/platinum as a service. I cannot use any previously owned metals in a new custom creation.
